Britentics covers a large part of the shipping costs. You only incur the following costs:

Shipping Europe without tracking: CHF 5.00

Shipping Europe with tracking: CHF 9.90

Shipping USA CHF 19.00 incl. VAT Tracking

No shipping risk

Although Swiss law provides otherwise, we assume full shipping risk, even for orders abroad. This means you can shop with us without risk.

customs clearance

We ship with a customs declaration from Switzerland. Customs clearance fees may apply to the customer. These consist of the import sales tax of the respective country (EU Countries 19-21%). If the value of the goods exceeds EUR 150, the customer also has to pay sometimes customs fees (Germany 12% for clothing). We have structured our shipping costs so that you are generally better off, i.e. if you order from England. We also assume the shipping risk and can offer you a German return address if you wish.
